Open for Dancing Festival, Newport RI; premiere of site-specific work, Prelude/Circle/Passage, created by Scott and Powell at the newly excavated Southern Redoubt at Ft. Adams; 3-day intensive workshop; six performances; O4D is a commissioning project of Newport's Island Moving Company.

Premiere of The SOLO(s) Project at Velocity Dance Center. Soloists for the Velocity performances included Corrie Befort, Jade Solomon Curtis, Alicē Gosti, Mark Haim, Jim Kent, Linsyanne Owen; Sean O'Bryan and guest Allison Burke, with set and costume design by Corrie Befort; lighting design by Lynne Ellis. Commissioned through Velocity’s Made-in-Seattle program. Development of SOLO(s) was supported in part through grants from 4Culture and the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture, and through rehearsal residencies at Cornish College of the Arts and Velocity Dance Center.

In 2014/2015 Scott was commissioned by Bellingham Repertory Dance to create a new 20-minute work for the Company. The premiere of Wake took place at The Firehouse in Bellingham, WA May 29-31, 2015. In 2016, as part of a retrospective performance (April 9 in Bellingham and April 28-29 in Seattle) BRD reprised a duet from Scott/Powell’s HOME. For more information on BRD please visit bhamrep.org.

Scott traveled to Portland, Oregon in February/March 2015 for a Guest Artist Residency at Reed College where Scott worked with Reed dance students to create a performance work mixing images from her own choreography with movement scores created by the students using a range of creative process tools. On March 6th, as part of Reed Arts Week, Scott presented two solos from The SOLO(s) Project created for Corrie Befort and Linsyanne Owen. For more information on Dance at Reed visit reed.edu/dance.

In fall 2014 Scott worked with the Dance Program at the University of Washington to create a new performance work on 7 student performers that premiered as part of the Faculty Dance Concert, January 22-25, 2015, Meany Hall, Seattle. The work featured an original score by composer Jarrad Powell with costume design by Val Mayse and lighting design by Peter Bracilano.
